Matt Dillion plays Bukowski

Matt Dillion plays Bukowski in Factotum, a slow drawl of a film, revolving around drinking, gambling and writing. Despite some nice acting from Dillion, it doesn't capture the books that well. It does contain a nice piece of verse midway through though. "A city is a poem..."
But, for the record, here is what Bukowski wrote (but did he think it?) about poetry:
"To say I'm a poet puts me in the company of versifiers, neontasters, fools, clods, and skoundrels masquerading as wise men."
